Rich in Vitamins E, Omega 6 and antioxidants, Argan oil is widely used in Moroccan cuisine and has a remarkable presence in the field of cosmetics thanks to its antioxidant and anti-aging properties as well as its benefits for skin and hair. So, what are its benefits and its great nourishing and medicinal properties?
1- Argan oil has an antioxidant and anti-inflammatory power:
The various phenolic components of Argan oil would be responsible for much of its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory capabilities. The consumption of Argan oil or its direct application on dry or damaged skin could reduce inflammation much. It would be very useful for the fight against inflammation caused by acne.
